Profile
Mr. Spicer is a partner in Levine & Blit's Syracuse office. He is an aggressive and skilled litigator, who gained valuable experience in the Courts of New York City, advocating on behalf of corporations of all kinds including insurance companies, general contractors, subcontractors, insurance agents, uninsured entities and small businesses. He has now returned to his Upstate New York roots to provide counsel to individuals facing difficult situations that affect their basic civil rights. Mr. Spicer has a passion for advocacy and focuses his practice on labor and employment law, personal injury, civil rights and criminal defense. He also advocates on behalf of small businesses in commercial litigation matters.
